What is ASMR

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is a relaxing and many times euphoric sensation that many people experience when exposed to certain triggers. Many people describe it as tingling sensation or electric feeling that starts in the head mainly the scalp and runs down the neck to the spine and into the legs. Each person experiences it differently but the people who do experience it love the relaxing sensations that often lead to sleep.

How ASMR Works

ASMR is usually has 4 different triggers but can combined simultaneously.

-Sounds: Whispering, Tapping, Scraping , or Brushing Sound

-Visuals: Light, Deliberate Hand Movements, or certain Colors

-Tactile Triggers: Light Touch or Simulated Touch through Roleplay

-Situations: Personal Attention like makeup application, Doctors Checkup, or Tailor Measuring
